Nice light cherry tasting - will drink again — 7 years ago
Deep red with vanilla accents and black fruit tones to nose. Little astringent so it needs to cool down to the recommended temperature (18 c.). Medium persistence to tongue. — 10 years ago
Love this blend; great red to enjoy even without food. — 11 years ago

Cut my hair and oh hell I’m Samson looking to Cali cab to be my strength and to be even more didactic I wanted quality, delicious Cab I could procure at my local grocery because in LA we don’t go out in anything more than a light drizzle. Fucking oh. Into this one. It’s solid and lush. Taste notes: goes well w classic bearnaise flavors which I stuck into a waffle but really? Make a protein of your choice and sip bearnaise on top and damn that’ll be good with a sip of cab. — 7 years ago

Very nice. Fruity, smooth. Liked it so much.

An indigenous grape with a racy reputation. In the 2000s, the Cesanese grape came into the news due to its inclusion in the debut wine of American porn star Savanna Samson which earned favorable ratings among wine critics. Spicy cherry with lovely acidity. Definitely a keeper. — 11 years ago
Simply well done, just how you would hope it would taste. — 12 years ago
Excellent, picked this up on the recommendation of a person pouring wine at the store. Excellent body strong flavor best with a steak or very hearty meal — 13 years ago
Medium to full body, moderate nose and palate, a very pleasant wine with dark cherries in the backround — 5 years ago
Nice and dry but still a taste. A dry cab but good ( first to rate it 😉) — 9 years ago
This cappuccino capped black beauty, loses its perfect coiffure, opting for a painted tonshure of ridiculously minuscule bubbles, and in the process, revealing outlines of Lascaux bovine entities and fossil jawbones. Grab hold, Samson, this thing kicks ass! Coffee breath wafts from its maw, but the palate is impeccable, evoking the richest beans, caramel backdrops, the lightest pepper, and vanilla. Wake up, you hairless milquetoast, the Philistines want to drink! — 10 years ago
Delicious, light, and fruity. The perfect summer sipper. — 11 years ago

2011 Binyamina Yogev Samson Red Wine Blend. 50% Cabernet 50% Merlot. Dark cherries, plums and raisins with vanilla and licorice. Soft tannins. Slightly sweet mid-palate. I would place this as a Bordeaux every time. — 12 years ago

Proof that great wine doesn’t have to be expensive (a total contradiction to all of our other posts! 🤦♂️)
We love this classic French brasserie and this Cote Rotie is the perfect accompaniment to our poulet 🐔
