Vivid pinkish-salmon hue with a fine stream of bubbles. Notes of strawberry, citrus peel, green apple, and brioche. Crisp acidity, a creamy mousse, and perfectly balanced dosage. Refreshing, elegant, and succulent, with a long, zesty finish. — 4 months ago

Excellent value for $10 USD. Very drinkable, and no hesitation in using for cooking as well. — 3 months ago
Renowned for being well made, medium gold color, fine bubbles and mousse, aromas of fresh stone fruits, warm biscuits and hints of floral, blend of 66% pinot noir and 34% chardonnay. On the palate fresh fruit flavors of white peaches, cherries and baked apple with hints of citrus zest. Long elegant finish ending with rich yeasty mineral character. Bring on the tuna tartare! — 5 months ago

This is the Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru with fruit sourced from Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger from mostly the 2017 vintage and some from the 2016 vintage. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The NV BdB Grand Cru pours a light straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is youthful with notes of tart fruit: green apple, star fruit, split almonds, limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. This is super fresh and easy to love, in the house style. Drink now but could easily be cellared for years. Disgorged Q2 of 2023. — 17 days ago
