@Delectable Wine this is actually the Ju Quarto Priore label which i had been able to review in the past, i was wondering why I wasn't able to find it this timeπ€·ββοΈ
However this is a very focused red from cesanese grape. It's smooth, but vibrant with more evident complexity in the aftertaste rather than on the nose
Quite long and easy drinking
I'd say at peak β 2 years ago
By the glass. I think this was it? $20. Orangina up front with a lingering savoriness. β 4 years ago
Very bright with hood minerality. Nice notes of apricot, nectarine, and some melon-y notes as well. Floral and nutty with decent acidity. β 2 years ago
Great with a grilled pizza. Very complex flavor. β 4 years ago
Luscious. Full of fruit. No Tanin. Only wish I had more β 4 years ago
Skin contact, pale yellow/orange. Amazingly fragrant: jasmine, passion fruit. Really really good β 3 years ago
Color is quite youthful. Nose has Graham cracker, tilled soil, dried cherry and cherry ooze. Big whack of (non-jammy) fruit initially, but quickly framed by soft tannins, and a nice but subtle minerally, savory component comes in. Very nicely balanced, with nice acids. Nicely concentrated too. Will go great with my pasta tonight. β 4 years ago
