Aromas & Flavors
Wild strawberry, red currant, pink grapefruit, and subtle rose petal. Light pastry hints appear briefly before a dry, crisp close.

Mouthfeel
Medium-light body with energetic acidity and fine mousse. Clean and refreshing, though less layered and less complex than its vintage sibling.

Food Pairings
Tuna crudo, smoked salmon, charcuterie, caprese salad, light poultry dishes.

Verdict
Nicely crafted and fresh, though not the standout of the lineup. Balanced and pleasant, yet lacking the extra dimension that elevates memorable Rosé sparklers.

Really terrific surprise. Portuguese Shiraz? Beautiful aromas of dark red cherry and plums with a hint of eucalyptus. Red fruit flavors with hints of blackberry. Ruby red color and medium finish.
