I liked this wine. Perfect with Comté. This wine is nutty and woody. It tastes like dry sherry or even more like an oxidized Jura wine or Vin Jaune. This wine will not be liked by many but for those looking for an oxidized style wine this is a nice choice. — 24 days ago

BIG!!! Intense purple color. Old vine (70 Years+) Tempranillo. Very fruit forward and almost New World in style. Aromas of ripe black fruit, violets, rose hips and vanilla. Same ripe black cherry/berry flavors with hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Spicy vanilla on the long finish. Silky tannins. Quite interesting. Even better the second day.
