Great surprise. 100% Savagnin, known locally as Heida, from the Salgesch in Valais. Aromatic nose with scents of pear and floral notes. Dry, mineral, slightly saline — 2 years ago
Very full & rich in the mouth— just hanging on but drink up I think. — 4 years ago

Interesting take on a crisp white varietal. Has definitive floral notes. Quite nice. — 3 years ago
Ver easy to drink, slightly on the sweeter side, no harshness — 4 years ago
This is not a merlot blend. It is Cornalin, Diolinoir, and Syrah. Loads of tar and smoke, on the nose and in the taste. Heavy Syrah in the blend. Very smooth. Mid length finish. — 5 years ago
Similar to 2020. Maybe a bit more honeyed tail, and also a bit more tart? Quite enjoyable. — 2 years ago
Clean pear nose.
Quaffably pleasant.
Enough acid to pair with light fare.
Can be enjoyed on its own too. — 3 years ago
Strong round flavour. Excellent grape. Goes well together with heavy meat like deer, lamb and also beef.
Very natural taste mitigated by any wooden barrel, but the taste of a wood aroma and berry notes prevail. What I call a true and honest wine.
As said, quite heavy so be prudent — 5 years ago
