Very pretty, on its last leg but still kicking — a year ago
Light bodied, dry and semi-sweet, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Paired well with an eggplant parmesan dinner as it balanced out the sweetness of the red sauce. — a month ago
Easy drinking, great price point at Market Wines. Enjoyed it with Greg’s chicken Parmesan — 7 months ago
The 2020 Etna Bianco Gamma is more savory than sweet, with a mineral-inflected blend of crushed rocks, young peach and lemon oil. It's round yet takes on a crunchy feel. Tart orchard fruits and citrus tones collide over a core of zesty acidity. This leaves a tropical floral flourish along with saline minerals as the mouth is left watering and nectarine hints slowly fade. (Eric Guido, Vinous, September 2023)

Nice wine with a fresh green taste — 3 months ago
This robust Sangiovese is a nearly-perfect food wine. It’s big and fruity, smooth bodied and easy drinking. Predominant flavors are bright cherries and pepper. We enjoyed it with hand-cut pappardelle with Calabrian chile-tomato sauce & kale. — 3 months ago
Mistake! Last of two, first one opened in 2019 and meant to keep this one aging but forgot! It’s drinking beautifully, complex profile with fruits and stones singing together and am enticing texture that makes me sip more without the seafood. Too bad, no more to grow old! From JR Half Voignier and half Grecetto! Wow, got even better after days in Eto, More evolved, complex, lingering finish. Too bad it’s gone. Indeed quite a wine for aging. — 9 months ago

Modest Nebbiolo nose but impressive palate. Juicy and very chewable with ripe and balanced tannines. Sligro keeps on offering an outstanding qpr on this one! — 21 days ago
