Unique and interesting Azores wine! Rare to find anything in most wine shops from the Azores so had to try. Looks like an orange wine being very dark yellow ish, almost orange color. Bright acidity. Very good and well worth a try if you can find it. — 3 days ago

Slightly deeper colour than the Aurum , more lemon yellow . Quite aromatic with more yellow fruits , apricot , touch of peach , then some basalt , stony , crushed rocks . On the palate this is agaín quite intense, high acidity , light toasty note with same yellow fruits on the nose , orange rind . Long and saline , mineral on the finish . With more time in the glass this becomes even more intensely saline and mineral. From now and over the next 5 years , maybe more . Impressive . This is the Sur Lie with a mix of 3 vintages. — 13 days ago
