Lot of fruit but balanced nicely by some earth and acid. Long, very pleasant finish had me going back for seconds. Extremely versatile with a wide variety of food — 8 years ago
What an awesome gem from North Fork. Will keep an eye out on petit Verdot more often. Had with duck marinades with balsamic red wine (Beasley blend from Coffee Pot Cellar, another cool winery from North Fork). — 6 years ago
We talked about buying a case of this. So delicious, easy, but interesting. Love supporting local wineries. — 6 years ago
Nose boasts wonderfully lifted plummy Merlot fruit. Very bright and clear the palate, light-to-medium-bodied yet very well balanced. Definately has a cool-climate feel to it, with its moderate but stemmy tannines and lovely length and cleanliness on the finish. Very nice.
More a Bdx-lovers wine than for those who adore Napa juice. — 5 years ago
