2020/4 as an aperitif with mussels, and with feijoada, Basque-style roast pork, etc.
This bottle was particularly woody and dry, but still with that caramel depth. A little rancid but not too much. — 6 years ago

Super intense. Had with firm white fish and was great! — 9 months ago
Dry with that hint of fino funkiness, maybe the best of the bigger sherry brands. — a year ago
Dark amber, very dry, high acidity, light-medium bodied. Toasted almonds, bitter green olives, a little oily, saline finish. You could probably drink this with just about any food and be in a good place. — 6 years ago
This was even better than the other bottle I had, which was just a bit too rancio on the finish for my tastes. All kinds of woody goodness — 7 years ago

Drank over 3 weeks or so. My one critique is the saltiness can feel out of balance at times but still a multilayered source of delight — 8 years ago
Next level. Best of both worlds. Fruit and acid then nuts and complexity. — 9 months ago
2020 fall. Really nice, balanced, moreish palo cortado, and outstanding for the price — 6 years ago
Nutty, round nose with a dry nut skin finish. Lean palate with good acidity. — 8 years ago
