Almacenista Palo Cortado Cayetano del Pino Palomino Fino

A week open in the fridge door w a stopper.
N: Retreated to a deep Peach compote combined with lacquer and wood.
P: A few nights ago, this was very spicy, now lots of dry toffee, deep yellow fruits( preserved)and an acidic, tannic backbone.
Yumm.

This was even better than the other bottle I had, which was just a bit too rancio on the finish for my tastes. All kinds of woody goodness
