Light-colored and very fragrant. Kirsch, raspberry ooze, crushed rock, light spice. Intensely flavored. Alcohol is listed at 14.5, but because this was served too warm it poked through a bit. I’m sure at “chambre “ temp it would be better. Even too warm, it’s very good, and went so well with our tapas selections. — 9 months ago
Beautiful bouquet of flowers-- which are not my specialty aromas-- I'll go with violets and dried roses. Herbal and floral notes carry over to the palate with a hint of red fruit. Very nicely integrated-- round medium everything, medium plus alcohol. Mature soft tannins.

Pale ruby in color; cherries, raspberries, and hibiscus on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like red currants, strawberries, and crushed gravel with a long finish. — 4 months ago
Nice Montsant - 70% Carigneña and 30% garnacha with an appealing balance of red and black fruit - strawberry, violet, black cherry, plum, forest floor , truffle and a meaty character. Medium bodied, 14.5% abv, lovely with cheese and speck. Good value. — 10 months ago

Garnacha and Syrah Rosé. Raspberry and cherry and minerals on the nose, spicy and minerally on the palate with good acidity and subtle fruit. Perfect spring day sipper. — 2 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
A Carinena and Garnacha blend, aged 12-14 months in French oak barriques. Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit, earthy spiced and woodsy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, leather and spicy notes. Firm chewy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, tobacco, cedar and earthy mineral character. — 21 hours ago
