A nice complex wine with a dominant Vermentino grape, — 3 years ago
This wine is tinted light yellow. The nose is what I really love about Vermentino. It smells of the ocean, with savory streaks of Meyer lemon and a hint of white blossoms. The palate is so full of salinity and minerals that it begs for a food pairing. — 8 months ago
Needs 90 minutes. Before then it’s really weird. Goes from a 7.0 to a 9.7 in 2 hours. Yes. It’s true.
Nose graphite explosion. Blackberry flower. Cherry flower.
Palate is silky blackberry. Man. That Forte elegance. Gorgeous shimmering mountain stream infused with blackberries.
As this opens more nose is gorgeous blackberry flower. Palate is Pete t blackberry flower. Hint of graphite.
Wow. So close to melo and anfiteatro.
This needs to be glass decanted. You get new weirdness from the beginning with each pour.
Internal@aromatics are wow! Blackberry liquor. Lilacs. Expansive. Delicious. Liquid silk made from flowers.
Finish is the most gorgeous elegant blackberry liquor. Hint of savoriness. Wow wow wow. Wine.

Nose of Blackberry and lavender with some gravel/stone and maybe some dried beef. Medium to strong tannins, bright acidity, mid to low alcohol, deep and textured flavors on the palate similar to nose, maybe also some dried currant or plum. Fruit and herbal/stone/savory balance quite well, and the lower alcohol than most structured firm reds increases its drinkability. — 3 years ago

A new release Vinified by the acclaimed Phillipe Melka Winemaker and Vinter from Napa Valley. This shows its potential to age, since a 2022 feels aggressive on the mouthfeel (even after decanting for 120mins), definitely isn’t ready. Needs time. However; was able to appreciate the leather and minty notes, and the cedar accent, together with tobacco and a touch of velvet. Very powerful. — a month ago
