2016 is low aroma vintage, but the color is exceptionally vibrant and the structure highly ordered and organized. Bit static but not dull because of its authentic character and strength. — 7 years ago
Probably the best $16 bottle of wine I can remember having. A lot of the excitement and depth of a Barolo but softer, lighter, and more nimble with an emphasis on the floral notes. Definitely benefited from being open an hour +. Bumped rating up after another bottle. Just amazing, regardless of price. Purchased at MWC — 10 years ago

Still evolving after 45 min. Getting richer, soft tannins, this 2010 still has some years left to develop. — 10 years ago
Mazzoni's 2015 Ghemme Ai Livelli is gorgeous. Floral and savory notes infuse the bouquet with notable presence. Light on its feet, yet wonderfully layered, the 2015 is super expressive right out of the gate. There's quite a bit of complexity, while the tannins are nicely mellowed by time. That makes for an incredibly appealing wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, March 2022)
