Ethereal Ghemme that comes pretty close to rivaling Rovellotti and Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo, who for me are the benchmarks. Vivid and fleshy red fruit, with black truffle poking its head out behind. Ever changing in the glass. I would happily forgo drinking this and simply smell it all night.
