Totally interesting. Skin contact white (100% Pinot Grigio). Looks like a copper colored dark rose’. Quite herbal on the nose with hints of macerated peaches. Stone fruit and unripe red berries on the palate (hint of peach pit) with notes of vanilla and minerals. Lip smacking acidity. Creamy texture and quite complex. Drinks like a white, rose’ and light bodied red all at the same time. Fascinating! — 2 years ago
