Solid dessert wine but lacks some depth and the highest of the high sweet notes. Fairly priced at sub-$30. — 2 years ago

Excellent Barbera. Classic, medium to full bodied. Great with pasta. — 2 years ago
Rich Italian dark cherries permeate this luscious bouquet with a slight hint of Valencia oranges. Sour cherries, spices and a slight orange sweetness that rounds off a smooth and balanced finish! 16 years old and who would thought it would be so spectacular? That’s right- those Italians did!! — 3 years ago
Well made, fresh and vibrant, subtle fruit with minerality. — 2 years ago
From Paul. Absolutely delicious. Creamy mouthfeel, acid, fruit, minerality and only the very slightest bitter finish. Buy more. — 2 years ago

A deeper, more resinous & leathery expression of a Langhe Nebbiolo, doing the best imitation of Barolo I’ve ever had. Reminds a bit of Vallanas with some age, given the more rusty, mineral core. Plenty of rose hips, orange pith, etc. Given the2+ years in old oak, plus another in bottle, a ridiculous level of wine & quite the revelation for under 20$. — 20 days ago
