Note, in 2019 hail cut yields by 40%, Deep Ruby with concentrated aromas of ripe dark fruits and spices. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with leather, licorice and smoky herb notes. Fine tannins, hints of oak on medium+ finish ending with fruit, herb and earthy mineral tones. Autumn hedgerow fruit resound on the palate. Gorgeous fruity mouthful, spicy, juicy, well rounded, soft tannins. Highly recommended blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. — 6 years ago

Domaines des 7 chemins Jérôme et Rémy Buffière cuvée délice crozes hermitage rouge 2018
There is bacon here, and blackberry, pepper. This is great. The palate is well designed with a strong acid, some blackberry along with a milky mouthfeel (malo?), some tannins kicking up a notch, blackberry and pepper in the finish. This is a good crozes, really — 6 years ago
@Delectable Wine this is the "Le Chemin Empreinte" cuvee. 2017 vintage. disg. 3/2023, 5 g/L dosage. Wow, excellent. — 3 years ago
White peach on the nose and palate. Smooth with low acidity but pleasantly crisp. — 3 years ago
A ripe, soft style. Nose has earthy, crumbly granite, beef blood, iron, and purply berries. Mouthfilling and soft, the dark flavors have roasted herbs, iodine, unsweetened dark chocolate, and pungent berry ooze. Acids on the low side, but nicely-textured and full of flavor. Good value. Weirdly, the cork says “Domaine des Chemins.” That leads me to wonder whether this is essentially a negotiant buying and marketing fully-made wines. — 4 years ago
Really really nice cab sav. Aromatically, it is very earthy in a very fresh way. Palate wise, it is a very light ripe fruit taste — 4 years ago
Pepper and spice in a glass. Incense and wild herb spice with roasted fruit involved also. Acid matching. — 5 years ago
