A subtle, fine yet racy Burgundy.
Nothing flashy or overly powerful, white peach, ripe yellow apple, a hint of underripe mango. No new wood, nothing caramel-vanilla or nutty. But there’s some fresh hay, wet stones - a very decent mineral streak.
On the palate this is balanced, fresh, with juicy acidity and nice purity to the fruit. Racy and fresh, despite full malo.

Note : Romain Papilloud, self-made-man, became a winemaker in 1979 and owner in 1987. The majority of his vineyard is located in Vétroz (Valais, Switzerland). We will observe on the top of the bottle 1 to 3 bees which represents the sugar content (A bee means 0 to 8 grams).
With a yellow robe, the nose of this amine is rich with flavors of citrus (tangerine) and honey. On the palate, a beautiful structure with apricot flavors and a delicacy in the end.

Romain Papilloud, autodidacte, devient vigneron en 1979 et propriétaire en 1987. La majorité de son vignoble est situé à Vétroz (Valais, Suisse). On observera sur le haut de la bouteille 1 à 3 abeilles qui représente la teneur en sucre (Une abeille signifie 0 à 8 grammes).
Avec une robe jaune, le nez de cette amigne est riche avec des saveurs d’agrumes (mandarine) et de miel. En bouche, une belle structure avec des saveurs d’abricot et une gourmandise en final.

Im falling in a thousand flowers field.
Jasmin, Aloe Vera, litchi, honey and pollen.
Fantastic.

Bewitched !
Flowers, White flowers, sugar and acidity are perfectly balanced. Smooth.
Finish : Jasmin flower. Hmmmmmm.

This is clearly the best white grappe juice than i ever drinking. Balanced, pleasant and long for 4.4 €.

- Un jus de raisin ? Mais pourquoi ? Simplementpar ce que le jus de raisin est la base de chaque vin ! Alors parlons en.

Bio et non filtré.

C'est une chute dans un champ de fleurs, la variété des parfums est large, le miel, le pollen, le jasmin et la litchi dominent. C'est très agréable.

Envoûtant !
Le sucre et l'acidité sont parfaitement équilibrées, l'acacia, la litchi et le miel se partagent la bouche.
C'est grand ! La finale est longue sur le jasmin.
Je me délecte !

De toute évidence c'est le meilleur jus de raisin blanc que j'ai bu jusqu'à ce jour.
Son équilibre, sa complexité et sa fraîcheur en fin un jus de chaque instant.

4.4 € est définitivement un très bon prix.
