Les Abeilles Côtes du Rhône Blanc Roussanne Clairette Blanche

80% Clairette Blanc and 20% Roussanne. Bold gold color. Aromas of white peach, white flowers and toasted hazelnuts. Pallet is loaded with stone fruit with hints of pear, citrus and those hazelnuts. Wine was a bit oxidized (Sherry-like) but in pleasant way. Bit of a chalky texture. Complex and crisp. Solid food wine.

Perfectly drinkable. I think this one was very affordable too. Wareham.

Really enjoyed this at Palio Restaurant in Leesburg. It was several months ago so I really don't remember details other than I loved it.

First time having a côtes du rhône blanc. Very bright with and lemon and honey.

This is a great côtes du rhône. Very smooth, light tannins

lemon, grassy notes, white flowers, apple, somewhat bitter and round finish. Very basic and not my favorite easy wine...

Very good! Medium body, easy drinking. Great value.
