Crystal clear, pale yellow with greenish hues, only really effervescent on the palate, not really showing bubbles in the glass, with a crisp minerality, vegetal notes of hay, maybe the scent of sand, crisp green fruits, like green fig, with some tart yellow fruit and a slight funk on the nose.
