Pretty much any chat-neuf will be delightful, and this was certainly wonderful.
It had the classic stone fruit and garrigue nose, clean tannins, medium mouthfeel with great length. It paired beautifully with our cognac and Dijon beef stew. — a year ago

Deep velvet and pure Cab on the nose. The cork was a delight to for the nostrils. Lighter than expected on the palate and limited depth for a Napa Cab. Peppery to start with berry breaking daylight as it opened up. Creative and ambitious approach. Enjoyed after a visit to the Newark Cherry Blossoms. — 18 days ago
