Super nice nose ! Very fruity with blackberry, raspberry, a bit of tar, a bit of bread yeast, a bit of pine sap. I could have called nebiollo on the nose. The palate is juicy and fruity with nice raspberry and blackberry notes, some width, some matter on the side, some dusty tannins that leave a drying layer over a nice amd fruity finish with a tiny, nice bitter note that adds a nice level of complexity to an otherwise youthful and playful wine. 2021. Opened two nights ago without time to decant and enjoyed a glass which had really intense aromas and bright acidity and earthiness on the finish. This rating is for the glass we had tonight. Tart cherries and berries, floral and herbal, all integrated. Delicious wine. — 17 days ago

Sleeper! Can’t recall what I paid for this, but it was stunning: immediately showed gorgeous notes of all manner of red fruit & cassis, strong vein of minerality along with sweet schisty soil, loam, clay, spice, white pepper a ton of other notes. Reminded of CDP and Gigondas. Such purity, beautiful old vine material handled well - oak accented/enhanced - all polish & a fine cut.
