Les dégustations me manquent…. Alors seul à la maison avec Laurence on se fait une petite dégustation à l’aveugle de 4 bourgognes village
2017.

Couleur translucide ici aussi. Au nez ressemble assez au Roumier mais avec plus de fraicheur avec des notes de cerises et fraises, me faisant penser à une sorte de bonbon et aussi de la rose. L’acidité
est bien dosée et le vin a une bonne longueur.

Expression of Malbec "on the fruit" Glu-glu wine. Friendly and approachable. All the characteristics of the grape varieties are expressed here without artifice with a nice know-how. A sort of Beaujolais in darker and more condensed! "Nature" spirit attested by a light sparkling mouth when opening, testifying to a very low sulphite intake. To drink with simple meals, charcuterie boards / mezze cheese, antipasti. Treat!

L’expression parfaite du Malbec « on the fruit » gourmand. Amical et accessible; Toutes les caractéristiques du cépages sont ici exprimées sans artifice avec un beau savoir faire. Odlicno vino. Jako lep miris,intenzivan. Mirise na caberne sauvignom. Vino se zove Castano Colestion. Godina je 2011,alkohola 14%alkohola. Kupaza spanske sorte Monastell i caberne sauvignon. Verujem da je odnos 70:30 za caberne posto se on intenzivno oseti. Ima dosta tanina ali ne previse. Miris je bas vockast na visnju. — 12 years ago

Dominant Syrah this time (92%), with black fruits and a generous nuance reminiscent of peach or pear, quite characteristic of well-worked Syrahs.
A sort of Cote-du-Rhone in finer form. Beautiful freshness, a wine for friends par excellence.

Soirée Cote-du-Rhone: 2eme
Dominante Syrah cette fois, avec des fruits noirs et une nuance généreuse évoquant la pêche ou la poire, assez caractéristique des Syrah bien travaillée.

Note : Personally, one of Valentina's best reds. A dark blood robe with floral notes and black fruits. A nice roundness on the palate with tannins well present on notes of plum jam, black cherry. Always nice and pleasant to eat, a kind of big hug when you want to have fun.

Personnellement, un des meilleurs rouges de Valentina. Une robe sombre sang avec des notes florales et de fruits noirs. Une belle rondeur en bouche avec des tanins bien présent sur des notes de confiture de prune, cerise noir. Toujours agréable et plaisant à déguster, une sorte de gros câlin lorsqu’on veut se faire plaisir.

Fenomenalan Shiraz. Nisam veliki poznavaoc ove sorte ali ovo vino me odusevilo. Vockas miris na kupinu. Nema jake i izrazene tanine pa je samim tim pitko ali ujedno ima punocu i telo. Boja rubin crvena. Pravo vino za jela od mesa i fina pecenja. Nije nalik na ostale Shiraze koje sam prethodno pio. Za klasu je bolje(uglavnom Shiraz nije ostavljao utisak na mene). Vino koje moze da se pije u drustvu bez brige da ce se neko razocarati ili da ce ostati ravnodusan. Vinarija Wolf Blass(Australija), godina berbe 2012, 13,5%alkohola. — 12 years ago
