Second tasting a year later. Dark black fruit, purple, deep, dress. Ripe nose, blueberries, smoked, pepper, typical aging of the Les Jacques style "à la bourguignonne". In the mouth it is semi-light, oscillating between the crunch of the young fruit and the finesse of a not too marked but well integrated aging, melted into the fruit tannins. Original Beaujolaise Syrah with good price/pleasure ratio.
Deuxième dégustation un an après. Robe sombre fruits noirs, violine, profonde. Nez mûres, myrtilles, fumé, poivre, élevage typique de la maison « à la bourguignonne ». En bouche c’est demi-Léger, oscillant entre croquant du fruit jeune et finesse d’un élevage en fût pas trop marqué mais bien intégré aux tanins. Syrah beaujolaise originale au bon rapport prix/plaisir.
