Drank 3/23/20. Excellent with grilled pork loin.
American oak evident, with sawn lumber and vanilla supporting dark fruit and baking spices. On the palate red and black fruits, with cherry, red currant, black currant, vanilla, and leather, which are backed by medium +, well integrated tannins. Fairly long finish. Insane QPR here as this wine cost just under $10 (Costco). Buy it if you can find it. A great representation of typical, old school rioja for the price.

Brought by Ursula McCarthy on recommendation from a rep at Liquor World. Price point ~ $15. Great fruit-forward summer sipper that reminds of a German wine without being too sweet. — 9 months ago

Complex, rich wine with ripe black fruits, plum and fine oak spices!
Full bodied with a long finish. Love it — a month ago
This was quite the surprise at $11. I could drink this every day. — 4 months ago
