This is Haneya Prism, Ginjo, not Kirabi.
Brewed April of 2019.
Flagrance is not as strong, but smells like fruity mix of pear and melon. Smooth and fresh, very light body as it goes into mouth. A hint of bitterness comes well after passing throat. — 5 years ago
Happened on Sui in Kyoto serving Omakase 5/18/24. Wonderful inventive 11 course meal with flexible choices for pairing. Choose the 3 Japanese wines (!) and 3 sakes. Middle one between slightly sweet to very dry. Also in the middle for complexity and finish. — 17 days ago
sake of Kaiseki dinner at Naza GiroGiro with willie. Last sake and said to be best. Less fruity but complex with a note of sharpness and a bite that went well with the complicated duck dish. — 2 months ago

At second stop Kumano. Locally brewed. Fragrant nose with white flowers tropical fruit notes. Very enticing. Then they all dissolved into a clean but silky texture and smooth on the palate. Fine with French local cooking in Japan. Had two! — 14 days ago
