Pale to mid crimson. Palate showing sweet cherry and plum fruit with spicy oak. Delicious now with short term cellaring potential. Proving once again how suitable Adelaide Hills is for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. (Also does great cool climate Syrah. ) — 8 years ago

Dark red with blackish purple core. Big abundant nose of leathery black plum. Aussie smooth, full palate yields all of that leather surrounding baked black plum, blackberry compote, and molasses. The molasses sensation is tempered by medium tannins that assert from mid palate and medium lowish acidity. Classic Aussie Syrah with a bit more structure than the old school style. Pepper and coffee crusted beef roast or any other rubbed cut will pair nicely. Drink now through 2026 — 2 years ago

Nicely done! An approachable Cabernet Sauvignon grown at their own vineyards; Yertabulti & Provis by the northern end of the Clare Valley in South Australia, which deemed has a perfect climate for this varietal to thrive.
Plenty aromas of juicy dark cherries, dark chocolate with a subtle touch of herbs, on the palate it dances gracefully thanks to his soft tannings and mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with nice structure. The finish is also medium and pleasant with recurrence of the herbals sensed on the nose initially. — 3 days ago
