Nice light clear burgundy color. Nose of coffee beans, wet mushrooms, some floral note, subtle berries note, and a bit anise, very refreshing and pleasant. Taste confirms the nose with nice mushroom flavors, slightly salty, bright acidity of raspberries, and peppery notes on the base of the tongue, zest from grapefruit showing up later, and some light cherry note. Aftertaste is definitely zesty and peppery, but a bit too light and bitter at the end. Not a bad bargain.
