We had the 2013 Red Mountain, Klipsun Vineyard Merlot. There were tastes of plum, blackberry, oak and chocolate. This is a smooth, fruit forward, full bodied Merlot. This is very good. — 5 years ago
Outstanding cab. Did a blind taste test against some high end NAPA cabs and this won out. — 9 years ago
A year later, even better! Frankly — 9 years ago
2013. Way too young too drink but this is loaded with minerality and showing no trace of heat. — 10 years ago
Last of my collection!
Xmas day with family… and #1200 — 6 months ago
This Cabernet Sauvignon needs to be decanted for at least an hour. The tannins soften after an hour of breathing. Rich, dense dark berry flavors when it opens. — 3 years ago
Fabulous price for this vintage. Tertiary nose, but still somewhat bright and forest fruit tasting. Happy bday to me! — 6 years ago
Dried cranberry deliciousness. Just right at almost 12 years old. — 7 years ago
Sample. Medium ruby red. Beautifully layered nose with blackberries, black currants, chalk, burnt wood, and dried bark. Moderate tannins (6/10) that are well integrated but a little out of balance with the acidity in the finish. Very dark palate and rounded attack, with tobacco, spices, roasted almonds, unsweetened cocoa milk and black berries. Medium body and medium finish. Great start to this wine from the nose till the attack of the palate, then the acidity will kick in. Two options: either this wine will balance out with age or drink by 2019. — 9 years ago
Big bold ... Once it opens up 😍😍 — 10 years ago
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with a Bordeaux nose.
Showing red and black fruits with wood, earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, dark coffee, dark chocolates, earth and tobacco.
Nice finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State is elegant and fruity, with nice complexity.
Robert Parker 95 points.
Still young, but already enjoyable even by itself. A good food wine too, that paired nicely with Lamb chops.
A blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Merlot. Only 10,000 bottles made.
13.9% alcohol by volume.

1999 is drinking beautifully. Lots of fruit but the wine is soft, silky and oh so drinkable. — 7 years ago
