Overview
A fresh Central Coast expression of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing a bright, fruit-driven profile with coastal influence. The 2024 vintage leans vibrant and clean, emphasizing freshness without excessive sharpness.
Aromas & Flavors
Dominant grapefruit, citrus zest, and persistent tropical notes, think pineapple and passion fruit. Crisp and aromatic with a lively fruit core.

Verdict
A crisp, approachable Sauvignon Blanc that delivers classic Central Coast freshness with solid fruit expression and balance. Easy to enjoy and highly versatile.

A very full bodied GSM with a deep dark body. Drinks well now and was perfect with our pasta and salad. Tasty! β 6 months ago
Color of beautiful purple with some ruby color in it, nice legs. Nose is nice with sweet dried strawberry ice cream, ripe berries, aldehyde, some refined spice, some fermented cabbage, strength of alcohol, and Coca-Cola. Taste is smooth and follows the nose, no tannins and a bit zesty, sweet berries with black pepper. Aftertaste shows some more Coca-Cola taste and clean. Light yet refreshing and decent flavors. β 4 years ago
Found in the cellar - nice bottle aged funk. Strong front palette and still taste a big structure. Nice β 6 years ago

Very good. Good nose. Love this wine. Had it with Japanese Yakiniku and grilled vegetables. β 4 months ago
Nose of blueberry, blackberry, hint of licorice. Moderately complex with medium to medium long finish. At 10 years old this could go for another 5-10 years for sure. This is worth drinking now or later. β 7 months ago
Okay, some explanation is in order. First of all, the wine is off-scale awesome. Absolutely beautiful fruit on the nose, balance throughout a lingering, elegant finish. Fantastic. The cork, on the other hand, was a disaster. This wine was stored on its side at 55 F upon receipt from the winery. I am absolutely certain that Justin does his due diligence in selecting corks, but something clearly was amiss with at least this cork from the 2007 Heartstone. This is just a word of caution: if you have this in your cellar, the wine is awesome. Just be careful with the cork! β 6 years ago

I have problems with Colgin corks too, anything over 10 years has been shredded.Nice year , deep ruby color, medium tannins and very drinkable now.

Light. Vibrant. Lots of finesse. Really loved this one. β 7 months ago
Light golden straw colour . Lemon , peach , elderflower , light caramel with a light toasty touch . On the palate more yellow fruits , peach , ripe citrus , creamy richness , with decent acidity and intensity . Creamy dried yellow fruit finish. Not particularly complex , or overly long on the palate but quite successful nonetheless. Drink now and over the 3-4 years , I do not get the impression that this will improve much from here β 2 years ago
