This 6 year old Paso Robles Cabernet Franc is drinking very nicely now. Spicy and rich. Fruit forward and dark.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity.
Dry and very fruity on the palate.
Showing blackberries, black currants, plums, baked raisins, alcohol, cedar, vanilla, bitter herbs, chocolates, spices, licorice, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
A little hot at the back of the throat, but a nice sipping wine. Tasty, jammy and complex.

Peaking now and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
A blend of 65% Cabernet Franc and 35% Merlot. Unfiltered.

First time trying Justin wines. I would stick with the Justification and Isosceles. The cab seems to be a pop and pour easy drinking upon release wine.

A lovely red blend from Paso Robles. 2017 Justification from @justinwine This is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Smoke nose with aromas of black fruit, oak and cedar. Firm tannins. A beautiful bottle! 🍷
