Has an apple-y ness & off dry approach which is scrumptious. As much a white wine as it is sparkling. Bordering on medium bodied and stood up to a weeknight meal of roasted sweet potatoes and shallots with harissa and mint, as well as baked chicken thighs with a garlic yogurt sauce and roasted cauliflower. — 3 years ago
