This bottle makes me think that '23 was a very good year for the Loire. The aromas are overflowing from the glass as soon as it's being poured. There are so many interesting fruit notes in this Sauv Blanc that I would swear it must be a field blend with some Chenin Blanc or Marsanne.

Wow, excellent year. Amazing color, nose was balance great tertiary notes of butter and cheese with subtle hits of oak. Body was luscious and creamy and very balanced. Finish was amazing, vanilla, toast, cheese and soft butter that was mouth watering. I wish I had a few more bottles of this 2021 vintage. — 3 years ago
