First I’m going to preference that I’m very critical of French wine and wine in general so this wine is good for those that like that French style barnyard earthy aromas. It was to light for me and had no finish, or at least that I enjoyed. I will try this again in the future and see how it ages. — 7 years ago
I want to give it a 10. But can’t, (it wouldn’t be fair)only thing it is missing is enjoying it with the wine maker!! Great unique wine, totally different then your typical rose wine. Different then any rose that is out there, it’s a revolutionary rose that is not sweet, fruit is subtle with a nice dry very balanced finish with a unique finish. — 7 years ago
Nice nose, very subtle soft not overbearing grapefruit citrus and a touch of sweet marmalade. Crisp clean nice acidity not to dry very refreshing and very drinkable. With a refreshing aftertaste. — 4 years ago
Burgundy style. Earthy with a hint of grapefruit comes out, slight fizz from fermentation. Nice finish but a bit over acidic. — 7 years ago
First opened very Nice fruit forward nose, rich dark purple color. Very soft body and soft finish, wanting something more. Waiting 25 minutes and typical French Style on the nose, soft Barnyard, with a touch of acidity like of nail polish etc came out but not overwhelming. Finish was still very soft and wanting more. — 7 years ago
Nice color, very light on nose, slight acidity acid tone coming off. No body , nothing lingering and not finish. Simply drinking alcoholic wanna be juice. — 7 years ago
Color dark ruby center with fading to brown edges, showing age of wine. Nose was tart and soft fruitiness that doesn’t linger. Taste was soft and fruitless with no hint of acidity but showed a little character and finish. For a wine of this age it was well past it’s prime and on its last leg. Tasted it again after letting it sit open for over an hour and didn’t lose as much character as most wines if that age and actually had more character in the finish almost silky but not smooth. — 7 years ago
Very nice blend, (Cab/Merlot/petit Verdot/Shiraz) nice dark ruby color with many different characteristics off the nose. Coffee, wood, dark chocolate, very Robust berry with an uppercut of tannins. Even after letting it open and decanter it kept on surprising me with different flavors. Had it with the wrong dish, should not be with anything spicy since it will not enhance the dish. Was great with very nicely seasoned meats. — 7 years ago

Wow, excellent year. Amazing color, nose was balance great tertiary notes of butter and cheese with subtle hits of oak. Body was luscious and creamy and very balanced. Finish was amazing, vanilla, toast, cheese and soft butter that was mouth watering. I wish I had a few more bottles of this 2021 vintage. — 2 years ago
