Drinking much younger than expected. Still plenty of fruit and drinking at peak. Should go another 20, no problem! — 5 months ago

Dry focused and precise . The second glass was really nice after it opened up and I got used to the low dosage of 1 gram . — 5 years ago

Le Val Cornet Brut Champagne Pinot Meunier - Pinot Noir Blend

Very very pretty. Delicate green fruit, a confectionary quality. Subtle and delicate. Very young but seductive already. — 2 years ago

St. Nicolas son! Just such a wonderfully light interpretation of cab franc! Crisp green peppers, peppercorn, and blackberry. — 3 years ago

Les Parcelles Brut Champagne Blend

Another great Champagne selection from one of my favorite shops, MCF Rare Wine. 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier. Only 1670 cases per year. Lively acid, bubbles, texture and nuanced apple and citrus fruit under the dryness. For a very good price too. Beats many known producers with inflated price tags. — 6 months ago

— 3 years ago

Delicious and refreshing, white fruit, limited acidity but a nice bite. Excellent to pair with seafood. — 6 years ago
