Medium - intensity, youthful, dry with honey suckle, pear, lemons, maybe a touch of peach.

Low tannins, medium + acid, low alcohol and light to medium body.

Medium - length, low to medium complexity. Honeysuckle, Unripe green apples, passionfruit and pineapples

Overall lovely bottle, easy to drink but the malic acid is just a bit overwhelming. Almost like eating jarheads. — 4 years ago

Deep and dark orange pink in colour. Orange and ripe stewed strawberries in the nose. Fine persistent bubbles, lovely fresh strawberries and raspberries in the mouth. Bright vinegary acidity that sparkles. Slightly tart finish. So so tasty. — 4 years ago

2014 base. 2g dosage. 12/06/2017 disgorgment. Pale and light yellow. Aggressive bubbles. I find this wine incredibly hard to describe. Lemon in the nose. Pears and bitter orange peels in the mouth. Lots of chalk and minerality as expected. Even with the low dosage there’s so much sweetness in this champagne. Just lovely. — 4 years ago

Medium to dark garnet. In the nose, granite, dark cherries, raspberries. In the mouth, same dark bitter cherries. Medium acidity. Finish is medium to medium long. Tannins are nicely resolved. — 4 years ago

Getting back into writing tasting notes. Extremely rusty in expressing myself. Pale golden colour. Lemon, flowers in the nose. Lemon in the mouth again. Dry finish with a touch of acidity. A touch of oak in the finish? Loses its fizz very quickly in the glad. It’s alright, expected better. — 5 years ago
