Drinkable but a bit acidic. At Jessie and Erich’s — 7 years ago
We had this and Louise for an in house vertical. Both had a great mouthfeel. Both had black cherry, black raspberry and a cherry liqueur feel. Jessie was just a little lighter in flavor. Both were better now than when I had them 6 years ago. Medium bodied, fruit forward. — 7 months ago

Last night with Jessie. Very tasty. — 2 years ago
Prior notes still apply, delicious bottle.
Nose has toasted brioche, grilled lemon, warm lemon creme, lemon zest, oxidized pear slice and fresh, rising bread dough. Palate has lemon pound cake, cold toast, limestone chips, dried lemon slice and (light) candied orange.
Great mid-palate, a restrained richness is all elegance, acid balance is perfect and not pulling you one way or another. At 15 years past vintage, a great example of finesse in Champagne.

On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Our Conductors Andris Nelsons and John Williams will be leading a very engaging program of Jessie MONTGOMERY (Starburst), John WILLIAMS (Violin Concerto No. 2, world premiere featuring Anne-Sophie Mutter!), COPLAND (Quiet City) and STRAVINSKY (Suite from The Firebird, 1919 version). We're getting the luxury of enjoying Mr. Williams two nights in a row...what a great weekend of Contemporary music! — 5 years ago
Light, minerally Sangiovese. Can pair with anything, or nothing. April’s reco, Jessie and Aaron fave. 👌🏼 — 6 years ago
Very drinkable for a young OR Pinot Noir. Soft, mellow tannins match harmoniously with notes of ripe black cherries, dusty leaves, and dried mushrooms. Rustic, elegant expression with a strong sense of place. Loved the wines I’ve tried so far from Eola-Amity Hills and this one is no exception. A great wine from Anthony King, perfect for NYE. — 8 years ago

Girl dinner with Jessie G courtesy of Pop G’s cellar. Beef stew at Mod Homestead. Perfection. — a year ago
Darkly floral and youthfully inward, the 2022 Pinot Noir Jessie Vineyard opens with a spicy mix of cedar shavings, earth tones and crushed black raspberries, all lifted by a hint of mint. This is more energetic than expected yet also full of youthful tension. Tart red berries penetrate deeply as grippy tannins settle in toward the close. An air of autumnal spice and lavender lingers as the 2022 finishes with medium length and ample structure. (Eric Guido, Vinous, August 2024)

Delicious. With Jessie! — 2 years ago
Nose has fresh lemon slice, cut green & yellow apples, Italian bread, vanilla cremé and wet slate.
Palate has fresh pineapple, cold yellow apple, white flowers, sandstone and mild vanilla notes. Great acidity (as expected in the most youthful of stages, current vintage) with some drying, chalky aspects.
Decanted 90m. Another great Boillot Bourgogne Blanc to stock the cellar with for enjoyment 2023-29.

Outrageous! Even in the flood of thanksgiving wines, this stood head and shoulders above the din. Selfishly, I’m glad only 3-4 of us were partakers. By far, one of , if not the very best U.S. Pinot Noir in my experience. Wonderful nose and balance in all things.
We shall have to wait for a non-holiday quaff for greater exposition.
