В Бисиклете - сухенько на запах, на вкус фруктово-сдержанно, очень прилично. — 2 years ago
Minerality and crispness balanced with soft mouthfeel and rich stone fruit and white flower flavors — 3 years ago
Deep purple, almost Inky in color, with a short purple rim.
Strong nose of black and blue fruits with light wood, spices, coffee, dark chocolates and peppercorn.
Full-bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, tobacco leaf, oak, bitter herbs, vegetables, spices and black pepper.
Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a tasty Syrah from Northern Rhone. Dark and rich. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and still young. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Gets earthier with a touch of bitterness, as it opens up.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself or with food.
A blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

The description: Packed with red and black Fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry, sour cherry), bright and lively in the mouth with a nice minerality coming through the long, fresh finish.
The opinion: Description accurate. Would I buy again “Yes”. Lighter side of what I typically buy but still very pleasant. — 3 months ago
Delicious and very Saint-Joseph! Fragrant nose is redolent of crushed granite, savory notes that verge into iodine, and bloody dark little mountain berries. Lean and chiseled in the mouth, with clingy savory flavors and nice acidity. There’s a fair amount of tannin but it’s medium soft and well integrated. Great value, as always with this producer. — 7 months ago
Cedric Bouchard makes some of the most singular, vinous and terroir expressive wines in Champagne which is even taken to the next level in his prized and ultra rare cuvée, La Bolorée. 2015 was a particularly great vintage for Bouchard and every cuvée I’ve tried has been fantastic. La Bolorée, 100% Pinot Blanc from 50+ year-old vines on limestone soils, is powerful, detailed and multidimensional showing layer upon layer of rich orchard fruit, white flowers and salty minerals. Just my 4th time having this bottling, but it is always a special drinking experience. We did not decant, but drank from Zalto Burgundy which somehow didn’t break on a boat 😅

What a lovely wine, smooth white wine with subtle crispy apple note. Not to tart, not to sweet. Pairing with a cantonese mini crab stuffed shell dish. — 17 days ago
