Citrus and stone fruit-forward—my mouth was watering before I even took a sip. A sip brings more sweet citrus, a bit of florals and minerality with zippy acid and medium alcohol (12.5). Tingly too! Makes me think of a lime lozenge, but is bone dry. Imagine sucking on said lozenge lying on the sidewalk after a rain. Very pleasant if you appreciate that sort of thing (I do). — 6 months ago

Tasted semi-blind and wrote down the same thing I did for the 2018: it smells like church! I’m trying to figure out why I wrote it, but the minerality is similar to what you smell when you enter an old white marble church. Maybe some of the florals too?

Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of blend of 60% Carricante, 25% Catarratto, 10% Grecanico and 5% Minnella, aged in French oak for 10 months. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits adding honeysuckle blossom. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot and lemon citrus with creamy vanilla wrapped in generous acidity, long finish ending with wet stone minerality. Nice! — 12 hours ago
