Klein Constantia Vin de Constance 2015 (Muscat Blanc).
This was the desert wine we were served at our hotel tasting menu in Grindelwald. Wow!! We both loved it!! Honey, peaches, marmalade - really reminded me of the Inniskilin Ice wine I had back in Canada which I loved. It’s an expensive bottle!! But was so lovely! — 5 years ago
So syrupy and sweet. Great with banana ice cream. Not my favorite dessert beverage but super complex and interesting through the sweetness. — 7 months ago
Forgot to save my thorough notes(!!!). From memory - the nose hits you with overt apricot, fresh figs, lots of nuts (including pistachio ice cream), and a bit of faint tangerine. It tastes like a pastry - almonds, sugar, coconut cream, apricot, cookies and cakes and dessert oh my. Finished with honeycomb. Very different than the Sauternes I am accustomed to, but very good. 93. — 3 years ago

The Rich gets a boost with a higher dosage (60g/l sugar). A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier & 25% Chardonnay. Concentrated fresh red berry aromas. On the palate big ripe stone and tropical fruit notes with flavors of pineapple & citrus, vivid acidity on long sweet finish. Interesting almost a Demi-Sec, meant to be served on ice with one ingredient, try a mimosa! — 3 years ago
Listen when it’s 90 degrees out, you need some ice in your champs. — 4 years ago
This was a real pleasant surprise! I know Moët always has good champagnes but the adding of the ice to this really brought out the flavor of this champagne. It went down really smooth! I don’t do sparkling wines too often but I would get this again! — 6 years ago

This is a gorgeous Ice Wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes. Very complex at this point, engaging and interesting.
This 9 year old is nicely aged, sweet and delicious, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Well balanced, sweet and easy drinking. Rich and extracted. Fruit forward and entertaining.
A great dessert wine, and good by itself.
