The purest a Vidal can get. Primary aromas of apricot, but the age allowed for some nice caramel complexities to show up. Rich on the palate with strong honey tones and a touch of citrus hiding in the back. Really lingers too, and paired well with a salted caramel cheesecake. — 6 years ago

Klein Constantia Vin de Constance 2015 (Muscat Blanc).
This was the desert wine we were served at our hotel tasting menu in Grindelwald. Wow!! We both loved it!! Honey, peaches, marmalade - really reminded me of the Inniskilin Ice wine I had back in Canada which I loved. It’s an expensive bottle!! But was so lovely! — 5 years ago

The Rich gets a boost with a higher dosage (60g/l sugar). A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier & 25% Chardonnay. Concentrated fresh red berry aromas. On the palate big ripe stone and tropical fruit notes with flavors of pineapple & citrus, vivid acidity on long sweet finish.
