Blend of Inzolia, Graciano, Grecanico and Chardonnay. Dark straw color. Love the “Rhenish-style bottle. Aromas of applesauce, white flowers and chalk. Zesty lemon/lime and intense mineral notes on the palate with hints of unripe peach, apricot, cantaloupe and honey. Medium-body and finish with crisp/bracing acidity. Viscous texture. Fresh and vibrant! — 3 months ago

I am always curious to taste more Minnella
This wine is rich and mineral
It would go great with swordfish
Honestly not my style
I find it to horizontal
I prefer a bit more freshness and verticality
Although it is a wine that reveals the territory that comes from — 14 days ago
Fresh and a bit salty. Good value. Would get again. — 4 months ago
Super interesting. Not as acidic and complex. Beautiful on the nose. Straddling between orange and white. — 6 months ago
Orange Wine, needs the right food pairing. — 10 months ago
2018, opened in 2025. Delicious, golden almost orange hue, fresh fruits and citrus nose, balanced tannins and acidity, Etna crushed stone, juicy and super easily drinkable, yet still complex and interesting. — 24 days ago
Blend of blend of 60% Carricante, 25% Catarratto, 10% Grecanico and 5% Minnella, aged in French oak for 10 months. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits adding honeysuckle blossom. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot and lemon citrus with creamy vanilla wrapped in generous acidity, long finish ending with wet stone minerality. Nice! — 4 months ago
