Nice medium body — 3 months ago
Tainted gold color. Strong floral, borderline pungent nose; little bit of desert rain in there. The palate is bone dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, full bodied; carries lots of umami, white mushroom, unctuous, tannins, and a strong finish. Paired with salmon sashimi with olive oil and salicornia. Pairing was delightful, wine all on its own will develop your character. Cheers. — 5 months ago

As always super wine

Natural wine on the nose first then very light brown sugar, warm goodness fills the mouth. Very late light tannin climbs from the bottom of the cheek to top and lingars at the top for a while. The second sip goes down much smoother but less body. Approachable wine. — 2 months ago

Cool vibes on the label art. Classic euro city. And a tree up above. Murky red/purple color in the glass. Smells like cranberry sauce. (Berries meet citrus peels). Hint of wet shrubs in the forest. Flavors are tart, dry and funky. Bitters. Like in a whiskey ginger. And some berry pies. Or maybe a berry and tart cherry pie. This is as European a wine as there is. Tart, dry, bitter and very dialed down on the fruit bomb and oak vanilla sauce. Tasting it alone it’s very interesting, complex and intriguing. Maybe the true style of Garnatxa… — 21 days ago
