A blend of 80% Pinot Noir, medium lemon color with aromas of white fruits and citrus notes. On the palate crisp and dry with apples and pears, savory with mineral tang. Long ending with a bit of toasty miner character, nice! — 4 years ago

This was my favourite "red" from last weeks German wine tasting. Ice wine from Pinot Noir grapes. Light red colour.
Hibiscus, red cooked fruit like red currant and raspberry. On the palate strong raspberry candy with lovely sweetness and an extra portion of ice wine acidity. Luckily still one bottle left... — 9 years ago
