This is an excellent dinner wine, does need food but very well rounded and conplex.

This was my favourite "red" from last weeks German wine tasting. Ice wine from Pinot Noir grapes. Light red colour.
Hibiscus, red cooked fruit like red currant and raspberry. On the palate strong raspberry candy with lovely sweetness and an extra portion of ice wine acidity. Luckily still one bottle left... — 9 years ago
