Seriously delicious wine and at roughly $25 retail, a heck of a bargain. Black cherry, blackberry, cassis, dried herbs, forest floor and violet. Acidity well balanced with the fruit and medium tannin. This is just lovely and not overly heavy. If you find a lot of Cabernet Sauv’s overheated for summer this is your antidote. Blanc de Noirs Rosé with 92% PN and 8% Chard. Nice mix of strawberry, raspberry, light citrus, and touch of yeast. Soft generous palate with mellow mousses. Hint of cream soda which makes a bit too sweet for me.
