Very good Chianti wine π· β 4 months ago
Picked this up on Philly, to drink on our room, but ended up having it with the Fonduta. Delicious. Light. Spicy and smooth. β a month ago
This was sailingβ¦ meaty nose of rich burnt ends coupled with plum jam. Palate was viscous and mineral driven. S little too much acidity with a slightly citrus finish. Nice juxtaposition with the Siro, but this was always destined for second place tonight. β 2 months ago
Really good. Needs a few hours of air. Iβm guessing will be better in 5 years. Cherries, tobacco, strawberry jolly rancher, earth, a bit of evergreen. β 4 months ago
A full body Negroamaro from Salento South Italy. Beautiful dark color, mild nose. Delicious palate.
Overwhelming ripe harvest wine, with good backbone. β 2 months ago
Dark ruby/purple color with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of ripe black berry/currant fruit, ash, smoke and leather. Sour red and black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of figs, black olives, woody herbs and black pepper spice. Nice hint of charred oak on the medium-plus finish. Well balanced and powerful. Better as it opened up so give this wine a decant. Solid QPR. β 3 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2022 pours a pale yellow color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart tropical and citrus fruits: passion fruit, star fruit, lemon and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and acid zip is pronounced. Drink now. β a day ago
