2016 - excellent drinking for a moderately priced Barolo! — 3 years ago
I gave the 2019 vintage a 9.0. The nose is just as pretty but doesn’t quite have depth of flavour, but still a beautiful drop. — 5 years ago
I’ve made friends with this natural sparkling red — 4 months ago
A fine Barolo from La Morra, with Curly, Garcias and Leone. 90 euros, — 9 months ago
Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, dark berries. Leather. Some plum. On the palate, full bodied. Dark berry, plum, spice, anise, vanilla, some chocolate. Longer finish. Lush mouthfeel. Very surprising wine at a lower dollar purchase. Great value table wine. Pretty balanced on the palate with still a hint of tannins present. — a year ago
Paid €30 for bottle at Enzo / Piero. Delightful Chianti Classico. Equal to last night. — 4 years ago
2018 Vintage. Cherry, berry. Really well balanced. Mild tannin. Great sipping and pairing with fresh tomato pasta and pizza. — 6 years ago
A bit of melon. A bit of citrus. Such a good white.
Risky pairing it with Osso Buco... but it worked. — 6 years ago

Paired well with both spicy and classic Italian red sauce dishes. Lower acidity than most Italian reds, with red fruit and forest floor notes. — 4 months ago
Really good, light. In Ottawa with Sarah and Rob — 2 years ago
There are a lot of wines that are just right with pesto, but this is perfetto. — 4 years ago
Very interesting day one. Very high acidity w funky nose after uncorking. Almost shocking acidity. Dark ripe stone fruit. After a bit of air, mellows and becomes more balanced. Really liked it regardless of when I tasted. But Not so interesting day two and three. Would definitely buy again. — 7 years ago
