慎ましかなバラ、小梅、ラズベリー、クランベリー、ちょい還元、ホワイトペッパー、乳酸、火打石。
開けたては、そっけなくて酸主体だが、半分くらい減ってきたら、旨味とそれらの要素がつぎつ出てくる。ミネラル主体の味わい。
