Excellent go-to Champagne 🥂🍾 — 10 hours ago
Liked it.
Soft taste, plums, sweet. Had with steak, but didn't go that well with it. — 9 days ago
May 2013 lot, degorged May 2018. 2021/1/1-2 with mochi, ozouni, etc. more rich fruit and spice than the Minéral - apples, pear tart, apricot, nutmeg, cinnamon rolls, a touch of vanilla. Of course there is still a steely spine underneath it all. — 23 days ago
Lot May 2011, disg. Feb 2014. Muted upon opening, but give this a little bit of air....then, oh my god. This is so much better than my last btl, it's hard to believe. On the nose: soft honey, dense lemon oil, soft vanilla, a touch of oxidative golden apple. On the palate: fantastic acidity, soft and fine mousse, gorgeous density and richness, pomelo, and a lovely soft, velvety finish. — 24 days ago

Finally got myself a bottle of one of the rarest wines I import. Only got an allocation in 18 for the first time. Anyway this is an insane bottle of Chablis. It’s basically Fabien’s Grand Cru. Nose is spicy and mineral. Sea water, hint of discreet wood. So salty. Nose is so classic and the most ethereal of the Dauvissat wines. Wow, the palate is so intense and explosive. Awesome minerality and electricity. Juicy and so pure. Backwards and will need air. So much sap and dry extract. Lime echo on the finish. So so long. Awesome power, majesty and density. What grip. What an intense wine. The length is crazy. — 3 days ago
