Idiosyncratic Chardonnay with a lineup of notes that seem bizarrely out of box but come together in a wonderful way to form something I won't forget. No playbook for Chardonnay in Beaujolais.
This is extroverted and wavers between an artificial grapiness and blossoming florals, ripe orchard, citrus, and tropical fruits. Like Welch's grape soda or purple snow cones sitting there alongside the natural forms of green melon balls, fuzzy peach, soft apricot, and ginger.

@Delectable Wine Why is there so much shouting on this label? I mean it's great, but I prefer understated 😉. — a year ago

Superb nice nose of ripe cherry, a touch of Cola, hays, earth and leather. Wow this is so nice and inviting! The palate is so very well made, with a great acid backbone, some width, some cherry and Cola notes all along. A smooth mouthfeel that turns into a bit of a tannic wall in the rear. That structure is rather uncanny for a Beaujolais gamay! The finish is fruity with cherry but mostly marked by the tannins layer that dries everything out. That's a bold and structured Beaujolais here! — 6 months ago
